Do you ship internationally?We are pleased to say that we do now ship internationally. Unfortunately, charges do apply; please check out our delivery page for further information.
Can I return my item?If the product is faulty, customers have 28 days to return merchandise. If you wish to return goods within this period, do not hesitate to contact the team through our support page.
Are your products unisex?Yes - our designs are printed on unisex Fruit of the Loom garments. As you can see from our photos, the clothes look rad on both girls and guys!
How long will it take to receive my order?All items are posted First Class within 48 hours of the order being placed. If it has been over 5 working days and you still haven't received your order, please contact us with a name and paypal payment number and we will look to address the situation.
What forms of payment do you accept?All payments must be done using PayPal, remember you don't have to sign up to make a payment!
Can we stock Confound clothing in our store?We'd love you to, drop us an email so we can discuss it further.
Is your store secure?We use PayPal for transactions because it is safe and secure, and automatically encrypts your personal details.
How do your t-shirts fit?Awesomely! See our size charts on the t-shirt descriptions.
When will I know that my order has been dispatched?We'll send you an email when your order has been dispatched. We aim to have all items dispatched within 48 hours.
Orders are dispatched First Class within 48 hours of the order being placed.
Postage and packaging is free for all orders in the UK, for worldwide orders postage charges apply.
